We recently presented our coral reef education program at The Willowbend Country Club in Mashpee Ma. We created a fish in several ways: through drawing, physically creating the outline of a fish on the pool deck, and then forming one in the pool. Deep Blue Discoveries believes in experiential education. Along with forming the outline of a fish in the pool, we taught the campers how to snorkel. After our program, they were swimming like fish! Thank you Willowbend for the great day!
Deep Blue Discoveries Presents On Guadeloupe
Deep Blue Discoveries traveled to Guadeloupe recently and presented its program to students of the Un Mond' avenir Montessori School. Our topic was "Fish". Not only did we create a fish from various items on the beach, but we physically formed the outline of one. We took this activity to the water and with the outline, moved like a fish through the water. Our Deep Blue Discoveries program was educational fun!
